In the workshop ‘Pole & Floor Creations’ we discover spins, tricks and handstands in the always interesting space between the pole and the floor.

Dynamic tricks 'n drops - poziom zaawansowany
Are you ready to work up a sweat? Channel your inner pole acrobat and get ready for this dynamic workout! The focus in this workshop will be on fast transitions between pole moves, gravity-defying drops and body turning sequences. Yvonne will break down the exercises so everyone will be able to work on these tricks in a safe and fun way.
